Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using Recovery Link, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Recovery Link is a membership-based disaster recovery relief network that connects members with vetted contractors.
2. Membership
Members subscribe to a plan to access recovery request dispatch and related services. Membership fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described at checkout and on your billing page. Access to certain features depends on an active subscription.
3. Contractors
Contractors apply to join the dispatch network and are approved at Recovery Link's discretion. Participation may be offered on a paid (monthly premium) or non-paid basis. Recovery Link connects contractors to member service requests and does not take a fee or percentage of completed work.
4. No emergency service guarantee
Recovery Link coordinates connections between members and contractors but does not itself perform recovery or restoration work and does not guarantee response times, availability, or outcomes. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recovery Link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from work performed by contractors connected through the network.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
